We had previously heard news of Nokia splitting ways with Symbian and moving onto Microsoft, but we now see the fruits of their partnership. At first we may have expected to see a MEEGO device before a Windows Phone 7, but it seems that Nokia is much more invested within Microsoft technology than MEEGO. Although this Flexbook designed by Hao-Chun Huang, looks much like a previous concept revealed by Fujitsu in 2006, it is the winner of the 2011 “Life with Future Computing Award.” The Flexbook is a laptop which features a foldable 21:9 touch screen as well as the keyboard which is also foldable. Although many of us may be excited about the possibility of a May 26 launch for the Motorola Droid X2, there have really only been some tid bits of information which has been released, which may pose the problem of there being some features or parts of the phone which have yet to be decided. The Droid X is already a very impressive and powerful Android device, but the Droid X2 will feature a dual-core Tegra 2 1Ghz processor, 8mp camera, up to 1080p HD video, and possibly Android 2.3.
