There really is almost nothing that Apple will not release an application for. They now have an app which can be yours for $1 that turns your mic into a camera shutter release. This means that by brushing your finger across the mic on your phone or on the earphones with the mic you can take pictures. It was not mentioned, but it would be impractical if it took a picture each time it was swiped across, since this could lead to some major problems. I find that this app is all but useless since you could take a picture by touching your screen. This is probably meant for everyone who doesn’t want to get a fingerprint onto their screen, or moves their iPhone whenever they take a picture.
