Although not too long ago, cell phones for children were very popular the craze seems to have slowed to a stop and people no longer seem interested in purchasing cell phones for children. Many find that a normal cell phone is good enough for hem, but I do agree with the one to two programmable buttons which would limit calls to people whom you actually need to call. The people in Japan however have switched from 1-2 buttons to just one programmable button. Not only does it allow for one call, but if it’s cord is pulled it will emit an alarm as well as send both an SMS and voice message to the programmed number. Although it may not be as useful to us now, it is a nice $5.90 fix for parents in Japan.
