Since it’s release Blackberrys have climbed there way up to be the king of corporate phones, but now there seems to be a shift from Blackberry to iPhone as the corporate phone of choice. It is hard to believe that such a work oriented phone would be dethroned by iPhone which is more of a play phone than work phone. According to Deutsche Bank you would be able to send encrypted data messages much easier and faster on the iPhone and this makes the switch for them even easier. On top of all of this AT&T has even disclosed information that about 40% of iPhone purchases are corporate. This is a whopping number considering that Android is slowly creeping into the corporate picture as well. This leaves us to think what exactly does the future hold for Blackberry and RIM.
