Curious about yet another tablet? It seems that the trends of 2010 are still alive and well 2011. Every company is trying to get out there version of the iPad killer, and pretty much all of them are going to be running Android. HTC will be releasing the HTC Flyer which is it’s 7 inch tablet which will be coming out soon. The Flyer though is not to be taken, the tablet comes running with a 1GHz Qualcomm MSM8255 processor, 1GB of RAM, a 1024 x 600 capacitive touchscreen, a front-facing 1.3 megapixel camera and a rear 5 megapixel camera, possible 3G connection for Skype calling, and a measily 4GB of storage. I find that the 4GB of storage is very disappointing since this is supposed to be a high end tablet to compete with other tablets, and another point which is disappointing is the fact that when it is released Android 3.0 will be available yet it will be running Android 2.3. All in all it is a good device, but I hope HTC will fix the lack of memory and update the OS given on release.
