New iPad 2 accessories by JBL will turn a tablet into a pitch-perfect, room-rocking stereo system. The JBL OnBeat XTREME docking station will take iPads, iPhones and other Apple devices and allow people to listen to music, video chat, make calls and more.

"The JBL OnBeat Xtreme is ideal for any room or office, as it complements the iPad’s crisp video display with award-winning JBL sound," the company said of the accessory. "It can be used for hands-free calling through Apple’s FaceTime or Skype – perfect for video conference calls or just having the kids show off for Grandma and Grandpa."

JBL's docking system offers JBL Ridge tweeters and JBL Atlas woofers with computer-optimized DPS equalization. The Mobile Indian said this can create a "dynamic, life-like 360-degree sound stage." The device can also move around fairly well, as it comes with a radio frequency remote to control the station from up to 30 feet away.

IPad 2 accessories seem to be able to do more as technology advancements move forward, and this is no exception. Users can even stream video content to their TV with this device, making it idea for family chats or comfortable talks with old friends.
