Is it too hard to ask for a bit of privacy nowadays. A new door knob designed by Hideyuki Nakayama called “A Room in the Glass Globe,” allows people outside to see what is going on in the room before walking in. I feel that this is a total invasion of privacy, and that people simply need to learn how to knock before entering a room. It is hard to believe that anyone would want this in their house. The door knob is a cool idea as long as you place it on a door to a room where nothing private is done. “A Room in the Glass Globe,” would come in handy for avoiding awkward situations in a room. Nonetheless I would have to say that I like the idea and hate it all at the same time.
