Although most people see iPhone cases and other Apple trinkets on the cell phone accessory market, Samsung has the largest percentage of mobile subscribers, according to a report by comScore.

The MobiLens report, which tracks key trends in the U.S. mobile industry, surveyed 30,000 mobile subscribers and found Samsung to be the top handset manufacturer with 25.4 percent of the market share. Samsung was followed by LG with 19.7 percent of the share and Motorola with 13.2 percent of the share. Apple continued its rise with 12.8 percent of the share and RIM had 6.6 percent.

"The number of U.S. smartphone subscribers surpassed the 100-million mark in January, up 13 percent since October to 101.3 million subscribers," the report siad. "Google Android ranked as the top smartphone platform with 48.6 percent market share (up 2.3 percentage points) followed by Apple with 29.5 percent market share (up 1.4 percentage points)."

Samsung Stratosphere accessories and other toys for Samsung devices see more popularity with the number of subscribers. Another cool device by the company is the Galaxy Beam, which CNET said features a projector at the top of the phone, a feature poised for great use for new toys by an accessory company.
