What would you do if you were asked how you suddenly obtained $4.5 million from Colombia University? Apparently George Castro the man facing these charges claims that the money simply ended up in his bank account. After investigations however they have discovered that there was a slight tweak in in accounting which funneled funds into Castro’s bank account. Although it is yet to be determined if he was a former employee, we are able to see that he was obviously very familiar with the accounts payable system of Columbia University. He is now on bail for $2 million and despite all evidences against him such as the $80,000 Audi he now owns and the bag with $200,000 Castro still claims that he does not know how the money got into his bank account.
