New Qualcomm Snapdragon Processors for Windows Phone 7 Mango

Qualcomm Snapdragon processors became an instant hit when they were implemented into Android powered devices, and now hopefully they will be able to do some good for Windows Phone 7 Mango. Shortly after the press conference announcing the release of Windows Phone 7 Mango, Qualcomm made an announcement that they would be using their processors in the new line of Windows Phone 7.

We had previously heard news of Nokia splitting ways with Symbian and moving onto Microsoft, but we now see the fruits of their partnership. At first we may have expected to see a MEEGO device before a Windows Phone 7, but it seems that Nokia is much more invested within Microsoft technology than MEEGO. AT a recent press conference it was announced that they would be releasing the first Nokia Windows phones.

We all know that Sony has not necessarily done the best of jobs with it’s PSN addition with the PSP line of products as well as with the PS3, but it seems that it has just gone from bad to worse with this last update. According to Sony, due to some “malicious actions” there has been a leak of personal information for PSN and Qriocity users.

With both Windows Phone 7 and RIM on the decline it is no surprise to see that there are not too many developers who seem to be very interested in them. It is difficult to say if this is for sure since the survey was only responded to by 2,760 developers who are using these devices, but it is very evident simply by looking at sales that both of these companies are suffering and having a hard time.

The HTC Sensation 4G had been known to us as the HTC Pyramid, until we have just seen this leak by Vodafone which has revealed this awesome new HTC phone. The Sensation 4G is simply a marvelous phone which will be released first in the UK, before being released in the U.S. with T-Mobile. The Sensation 4G will have a dual core 1.2 Ghz snapdragon processor, Android 2.3 Gingerbread, an updated HTC Sense 3.0, a Super LCD Screen, and an 8mp camera.

We all know that when the Olympics come around the host cities do all that they can to beautify the cities and make the technology of the city as up to date as possible. This makes for a lot of work and effort especially for London as the 2012 Olympics draw nearer they are making many new changes such as contactless payment, WiFi hotspots all over the London Underground, and now they are negotiating with banks to allow Visa mobile phone payment.

I do admit that I like a bit of peace and quiet which can be provided by a cell phone jammer, however there is an issue with cell phone jamming. The FCC themselves have decided to step up and began encouraging people to send in complaints of people or places that are using jammers to jam cell phone signals.

Patience is truly a virtue, and those of you who have suffered with waiting for a price drop in the Google Nexus S it is finally here. The Nexus S will be sold for $100 with contract until the 23rd of this month. This is extremely exciting news considering that the phone itself has not been out on the market for very long so it is exciting to see it going on sale fairly quickly.

Originally there was an update for Windows Phone 7s which was supposed to be released in the first half of March, but unfortunately due to some persistent glitches it looks like this update will not be coming out until the later half of March.

After months of rumors and waiting it has finally arrived and will be sold after 5pm local time wherever you are.
