XtremeMac docks for the IPod and other Apple products have been around for a very long time. The former CEO of XtremeMac Gary Bart has launched his own company Stem Innovation which is dedicated to making accessories for IOS devices. They have come up with a new dock which looks much less like a dock and more like a control station for your entire room. This device allows you to control the mood of the lighting, Internet Radio playback, something called Stem:Sonic iQ digital signal processing, and even has back up batteries so even if there is a power outage it will still sound the alarm. The dock is now available at the Apple Store for a somewhat hefty price of $100.
