Toshiba's Digital Products Division announced two new laptop and mobile phone accessories that could help make life easier. The Dynadock U3.0 universal docking station, which can help users attach other devices and save on desktop space, and a 15.6-inch diagonal USB 3.0 mobile monitor attach to Windows-based products.

"Toshiba is committed to providing its users with a well-rounded and comprehensive computing experience," said Paul Collas, director of accessory marketing for Toshiba America Information Systems' digital products division. "These new accessories we're introducing perfectly complement our laptop lineup, and customers will soon find these products to be indispensable in their daily lives."

The Dynadock U3.0 gives users the option for six USB ports for charging and other reasons, which should help save desktop space. The monitor is widescreen with an anti-glare display and HD resolution, and it weighs about 3.6 pounds with a hybrid case and stand.

The docking system, as well as the ability to plug in up to six devices, can serve as a device to plug in extra monitors. Laptop and cellphone accessories have been getting more diverse, and these products are no exception.
