Intel has just hired Will.i.am as there new “director of creative innovation.” Will.i.am is going to begin working directly on new technologies, music, and tech advocacy. This seems more like he will be going around advocating Intel instead of actually sitting in working with developers to make anything new. Motorola has arguably one of the best showings at CES this year with devices such as the Motorola Atrix 4G and the Motorola Xoom. In an earnings call CEO Sanjay Jha revealed some of it’s possible release dates. He had stated that both the Atrix 4G and the Xoom tablet will be released in late February while the LTE capable Xoom and Droid Bionic will be released at about the end of Q2 of 2011.
