Many people are fans of HTC for different reasons. Nokia’s MeeGo Device

Nokia’s MeeGo Device

We have heard so much about the MeeGo OS which Nokia has been working on until now. They will be releasing there first MeeGo device in Europe during mid-2011, and will probably be unveiled during Mobile World Congress in February. This is presumably going to be an OS which can compete with Android and iOS for the top spot in the Cellular OS market, however with OS’ such as the ones shown on the Windows Phone 7 I have a hard time believing these claims. I doubt that too many of us remember the iDos app which was on the App Store for a very short period of time before being removed, however if you were on the fence about downloading that app I hope you at least thought of it for a bit. Apple has now released a new free version of the iDos app which is made much simpler than before. Continue reading

Is it time to update your profile picture on a social networking site? The new camera by Samsung with an angled lens gives you more of the self-portrait look with less effort. Just like any other company right now MSI is also trying it’s hand in the tablet world with a it’s newest concept. It is a 10 inch Intel Atom powered tablet. This tablet runs Windows 7, but the best feature of it is that it will have a projector. This may not seem very practical to many of us since the add-on will add some bulk to the device, and we may not all use it in our everyday lives. Continue reading

We have heard the rumors and seen the evidence for a camera on the new iPad, but now there is even more solid proof of it. In the iOS beta 4.3 for the iPad it revealed a Camera App as well as a Face Time App. I don’t know if there is any evidence which would convince us more of the impending camera on the iPad 2. However over the past few years there has been a decline of interest in the Sidekick, in fact the Sidekick has been out of T-Mobile’s line up since mid last year. T-Mobile is now trying to revive the Sidekick and with it they plan on replacing the Danger OS with Android OS. Continue reading

Finally after long months of waiting we see that Froyo is coming to T-Mobile’s Samsung Galaxy S Vibrant. Ever since it’s release last year we have been waiting for an update for Android, which is rather disappointing considering how good this phone is. T-Mobile will be the first of the major carriers to release this update, but we can’t just expect the other carriers to sit still and not release an update soon. Continue reading

New Palm Tablets Opal and Topaz

We know that Palm is under the new management of HP so it isn’t too surprising that they would get to play a hand in the technology going into the tablets. I personally like these new additions which HP is putting into these tablets such as the Beats audio technology, seen in their line of Envy laptops, and offering people tens of gigabytes of Cloud storage.
