If you were wondering why there has been no major announcement over the HTC Thunderbolt being released on Valentines Day, it is because they have pushed back the date to February 24. This of course is also not set in stone quite yet, but according to BGR sources this is the date that they have been bringing up quite a bit.

All signs seem to show that the HTC Thunderbolt will be headed for a February 14, 2011 release date. Although for the most part many of these rumors of when the HTC Thunderbolt will be released have been speculative we now have evidence from the image of a Best Buy add which shows you can pre-order the Thunderbolt at Verizon kiosks within Best Buy with a deposit of $50.

Lately too many phones have been lacking in the functionality of being able to use both data and voice at the same time. Although many phones have been unable to do this in the past with the technology we have now our phones should be more than capable of keeping a call while surfing the web.
