Samsung’s Galaxy S8 is the talk of the town, even though the smartphone won’t be introduced at MWC 2017.  If previous rumors proved to be accurate, the flagship might briefly appear at the trade fair.  The Samsung Galaxy S8 will be bigger, bolded, an upgraded hardware and the best Galaxy S Smartphone, and based on what we’ve been hearing so far there’s a lot to get excited about.  Samsung is rumored to be announcing the Galaxy S8 flagship smartphones at the end of March 29 2017, with reports suggesting they will go on sale at April 21, 2017, for $850.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 is claimed to be coming with a 5.8 inch display, curved this time round, will retain the Quad HD Super AMOLED.  There is also rumored to be an 8 megapixel front facing camera to have iris scanning capabilities and auto focus rather than fixed. Rumors suggest the devices will feature either the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor or Exynos 8895 chip, depending on the region.  There have been claims of 4GB, 6GB and 8GB of RAM so it isn’t clear which the devices will opt for, but internal storage options are claimed to start at 64GB with microSD.   S8 model thought to be coming with a 3000mAh capacity, have USB Type C.

Galaxy S8 are reported to offer very slim bezels surrounding their displays, no home button on the front and a rear mounted fingerprint sensor to the right of the camera lens. Expected to retain the headphone jack, with metal and glass sandwich design, have dual edged displays, rather than on flat model.  We can also expect IP68 waterproofing.  S8 is expected to launch on Android Nougat.   Stay tuned for more on the Galaxy S8.
